  • The Management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises.
  • The Check In time is after 10.00 a.m. The Check Out time is strictly 9.00 a.m. The Management has the right to remove the Guest belongings from the room after the appointed time.
  • All Guests are required to carry their original valid Proof of Identity in the form of Driving License/ Voters ID/Aadhar Card/Passport for Verification at the time of Check In. PAN Cards shall not be accepted.
  • All Guests are strictly informed that Smoking is prohibited within the premises except in their allotted room/s, with the Main Door shut.
  • All Guests are strictly informed that Spittng is prohibited within the premises
  • Cigarettes are a major cause of fire in hotels. If it is difficult to avoid smoking, stub your cigarettes out before putting them in the ash tray.
  • Guests Visitors shall not be entertained in the rooms under any circumstances. Guests can meet their visitors in the lobby area on production of valid Proof of Identity.
  • Storing of combustible items is strictly prohibited.
  • Short circuits can spark off electrical fires. We request you not to use electrical gadgets like irons and water heaters, as our wiring is not planned for such wattage. Use of any facility/service at the hotel is at the guests own risk.
  • Please switch off all the electrical connections and shut off taps, when not required and before leaving the room.
  • The Management will not be held responsible for the loss / damage to the Guests belongings either in the hotel room or in any area of the hotel.
  • Guests will be held responsible for damage or loss to the hotel property caused by them, and charges recovered from them.
  • Bills are to be settled on presentation. Payments made by guests shall strictly be in cash. In case the guest fails to pay the dues, the Management shall have lien on the luggage and belongings of the Guest, and is authorized to sell / auction the items without prior notice. The Management may adopt further recovery proceedings if required.
  • The Management reserves the right to amend the rules from time to time.
  • Main Gates would be closed after 11 p.m. Guests are requested to call on 0832-2412746 on arrival at the gate to facilitate opening of the gate.
  • Room Service shall be provided between 0730 hours till 1500 hours and from 1900 hours till 2230 hours only. No Room Service shall be provided in case of Group Reservations. Groups are requested to have their food in the restaurant only. Service would require a minimum of 30 minutes after placement of order & orders once placed shall not be cancelled. Guests are requested not to get eatables from outside. No Crockery & Cutlery shall be provided to guests in the rooms. A Service Charge of 10% is applicable on all food served in rooms.
  • Deposit room key at the reception when leaving the Room. In case of loss of Room Key, a charge of Rs. 2000.00 will be charged to replace the lock. This is necessary to maintain the standards of safety.
  • Refundable Security Deposit of Rs. 300/- shall be collected at the time of issuing the MIFARE Cards used for entering the rooms and switching on the lights. Loss of card shall be liable for forfeiture of the security deposit. Issue of duplicate card shall be against fresh refundable security deposit.
  • The Management shall not be responsible for failure of the television or air conditioning, after the Guest has been allotted the room. Attempt to rectify fault shall be made by the Management.
  • Cost of Damage, due to misuse to any equipment shall be recovered from the guest.
  • Although Power Failures are rare, the Management shall not be responsible for unseen power failures. The Management is not liable for any cancellations/refunds to the Guests. We hope that the guests co-operate in the event of such failures.
